Sex & Intimacy Therapy
For individuals, couples, or people in the perinatal/postpartum stages
- Sex therapy (50 min) CO only
- Intimacy therapy (50 min) FL & CO in person or virtual
- Sexual shame, sex after trauma, desire discrepancy, and libido concerns
- $175 per 50 min session
EMDR & INTENSIVES
- 90 minute sessions (session fee + $50 individual | + $85 couples)
- EMDR is a special technique used to reprocess trauma memories ($175 per 50 min session)
- Couples weekends private, 8-10 hours $2500, leave with a reset on your relationship

do you take insurance? How can I pay?
Questions? Answers
I take insurance for individual sessions (not including EMDR, Sex/Intimacy Therapy, Intensives) All other services are self pay and not covered by inssurance. However, I am able to provide out-of-network superbill documents if needed.
Do i need to have a partner to work with you?
Nope! I work with individuals as well! Sex/Intimacy is individual as much as it is partnered.
Are you available for intimacy themed events?
Yes! I speak and host events around intimacy, relationships, and sexual wellness. Reach out through my contact page and tell me what you have in mind!
what is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full cost of the appointment. Intensives require 72 hour advance notice for cancellations, if it is a weekend intensive and you cancel within a week of your appointment you may receive 50% of your fee returned.
